Refund & Return Policy
At Guisel, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Returns
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized products, perishable goods, and intimate apparel, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds and Partial Refunds
Refund Deduction: For all approved returns, Guisel retains 20% of the item’s original price as a restocking fee, with a refund of 80% of the original purchase price.
Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must meet our return condition standards. If an item is returned in a condition that doesn’t meet these standards, we reserve the right to further reduce the refund or reject it.
Processing of Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue the partial refund within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of order errors or defective products.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
Claims: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund if the claim is verified.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
